Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct

EntExchange is a community-first platform built on trust, respect, and shared responsibility.
These guidelines exist to protect the community and ensure a safe, fair, and welcoming environment for everyone.

By participating in EntExchange, you agree to follow these rules.

Failure to comply may result in warnings, removal of content, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.

1. 21+ Community

EntExchange is strictly limited to individuals 21 years of age or older.

Any user found to be under 21 will be removed from the platform.

2. No Substances — Zero Tolerance

EntExchange does not permit discussion, advertising, buying, selling, or creation of any substances, including but not limited to:

  • Illegal drugs
  • Regulated substances
  • Substances that may be legal in certain jurisdictions

This includes:

  • Requests for substances
  • Offers to sell or source substances
  • Instructions or guidance on creating substances

EntExchange follows Discord’s Dangerous and Regulated Goods Policy and maintains a zero-tolerance stance.

Violations result in immediate removal.

3. Respect & Good Vibes

EntExchange is built on mutual respect.

  • Treat others with kindness and dignity
  • Disagreements are allowed; harassment is not
  • Hate speech, discrimination, or intimidation are prohibited

Personal attacks or hostile behavior may result in removal from the community.

If you need help resolving an issue, moderators are available to support you.

4. Follow Posting Guidelines

All listings and requests must comply with EntExchange posting requirements.

Users are responsible for:

  • Following posting rules
  • Correcting posts that receive warnings
  • Ensuring listings are clear, accurate, and complete

Most issues can be resolved quickly, and moderators are happy to help when questions arise.

5. Designated Channels Only

All purchases, sales, trades, and requests must occur only in designated exchange areas.

Posting exchange-related content in chats or non-exchange areas is prohibited.

This rule exists to protect users and maintain visibility, moderation, and safety.

Attempts to exchange outside approved areas may result in removal from the platform.

6. Full Disclosure Required

All listings must clearly disclose any downsides, including but not limited to:

  • Missing parts
  • Damage or wear
  • Scratches, defects, or functional issues

Downsides must be:

  • Clearly photographed
  • Clearly described in text

Failure to disclose material issues may result in removal.

7. Cleanliness & Safety

All items must be completely cleaned prior to listing or shipment.

  • Dirty listings may be removed
  • Dirty shipments are grounds for removal from the platform

This rule exists to protect the health and safety of the community.

8. Required Photos

Listings must include clear photos of:

  • All parts
  • Chambers or internal areas where applicable
  • Any defects or wear

Exceptions are allowed only for new, unopened items, which must show intact factory seals.

Listings missing required photos may be removed.

9. Privacy & Personal Information

Personally identifiable information must be kept private.

  • Do not share addresses, phone numbers, or personal details publicly
  • Do not share another person’s private information without consent

Doxxing yourself or others is strictly prohibited.

10. Purchase Protection Is Mandatory

To protect buyers and sellers, purchase protection is required for transactions.

Only protected payment methods are allowed, including:

  • PayPal Goods & Services
  • Venmo Goods & Services

Unprotected payment methods are prohibited, including:

  • CashApp
  • Zelle
  • PayPal Friends & Family
  • Venmo Friends & Family
  • Cryptocurrency, gift cards, or bank transfers

Use of unprotected payment methods may result in immediate removal.

11. Moderator Authority

Moderators are entrusted with protecting the community.

They may:

  • Remove content
  • Issue warnings
  • Restrict access
  • Suspend or permanently remove accounts

Moderation decisions are made in the interest of community safety and fairness.

12. Reporting & Support

If you encounter issues, concerns, or violations:

  • Contact moderators for assistance
  • Do not escalate conflicts publicly

We are here to help keep the forest healthy.

13. Changes to These Guidelines

These Community Guidelines may be updated from time to time.

Continued participation in EntExchange after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
