Welcome to EntExchange.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EntExchange website, services, and community (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Dynahawk LLC (“EntExchange,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using EntExchange, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all referenced policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility (21+ Only)

EntExchange is intended exclusively for adults, and this site is labeled Restricted to Adults (RTA).

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are 21 years of age or older
  • You are legally permitted to access age-restricted platforms in your jurisdiction

Users under 21 are not permitted and will be removed.

2. Platform Role

EntExchange provides a platform for community participation and peer-to-peer exchange.

EntExchange:

  • Is not a buyer, seller, broker, or reseller
  • Does not own, inspect, store, ship, or handle items
  • Does not process payments between users for marketplace transactions

All transactions occur directly between users at their own risk.

TreeBot Integration

EntExchange integrates with TreeBot, a Discord bot operated by Dynahawk LLC, to support community features, moderation, notifications, and marketplace tools.

Use of TreeBot is governed by its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.  

By interacting with TreeBot, you agree to be bound by those policies in addition to these Terms.

TreeBot operates within Discord and is subject to Discord’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. User Accounts & Access

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activity conducted under your account
  • Providing accurate and truthful information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, fraud, or violations occur.

4. Memberships

Some features of EntExchange require a membership.

Memberships may provide access to:

  • Posting privileges
  • Community areas
  • Platform tools or integrations

Membership benefits, tiers, and pricing may change over time.

5. Fees, Billing & Refunds

Membership fees are charged in advance and may be recurring depending on the plan.

Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including:

  • A 7-day, no-questions-asked refund window
  • Refunds available only if the membership has not been used
  • Usage determined by platform activity logs

6. Community Conduct

All users must comply with EntExchange’s Community Guidelines.

Violations may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Warnings
  • Suspension or permanent removal

7. Prohibited Activity

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Post prohibited or restricted items
  • Engage in harassment, hate speech, or scams
  • Attempt to bypass platform safeguards
  • Circumvent age or usage restrictions

Zero-tolerance rules may result in immediate termination.

8. Enforcement & Moderation

EntExchange reserves the right to:

  • Remove content
  • Restrict features
  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Take action without prior notice when necessary

Moderation decisions are made in the interest of community safety and platform integrity.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and materials provided by EntExchange are owned by or licensed to Dynahawk LLC and may not be used without permission.

User-generated content remains the responsibility of the user who posted it.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

EntExchange makes no warranties regarding:

  • Platform availability
  • Transaction outcomes
  • Item quality or legality
  • User behavior

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EntExchange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Service or transactions between users.

Your use of EntExchange is subject to our Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

EntExchange may suspend or terminate access:

  • For rule violations
  • For abuse or misuse
  • For legal or operational reasons

Termination may result in loss of access to memberships and features.

  • Membership offerings
  • These Terms

Changes take effect when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dynahawk LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
