TreeBot Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TreeBot (the “Bot”), a Discord bot operated by Dynahawk LLC ("EntExchange", “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using TreeBot, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Bot.

1. Overview

TreeBot is a Discord bot designed for use primarily within the EntExchange Discord server. These Terms govern all interactions with TreeBot, including its commands, notifications, features, and any data processing performed by the Bot.

2. Acceptable Use

By using TreeBot, you agree:

  • To follow all Discord Terms of Service and community guidelines
  • Not to use TreeBot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not to exploit, abuse, or manipulate TreeBot’s features or commands
  • Not to attempt to hack, modify, or interfere with TreeBot’s operation
  • Not to spam commands, flood servers, or disrupt intended use

Misuse of TreeBot may result in access restrictions or bans.

We reserve the right to disable or restrict access to TreeBot for users or servers that violate these rules.

3. Features & Service Availability

TreeBot provides automated functionality including, but not limited to:

  • Notifications
  • Seller ratings
  • Moderation assistance
  • Marketplace and community tools

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time without notice.

TreeBot is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uptime, reliability, or uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for disruptions, bugs, or unintended behavior.

4. User Data & Privacy

TreeBot may collect limited user data as described in the TreeBot Privacy Policy.

By using TreeBot, you acknowledge that:

  • TreeBot does not sell or share user data for advertising purposes
  • Collected data (such as Discord user ID, bot interactions, and preferences) is used solely to operate the Bot
  • Data removal requests may be submitted via email or designated bot commands (if available)
  • Deleting a Discord account does not automatically remove stored logs
  • Third-party services interacting with TreeBot are subject to their own policies

5. User-Generated Content & Interactions

If TreeBot processes user-generated content (including marketplace listings, seller ratings, or commands):

  • Users retain ownership of their content
  • Users grant Dynahawk LLC permission to store, process, and display such content as required for functionality
  • We are not responsible for false, misleading, or inappropriate content submitted by users

TreeBot may log interactions to maintain functionality and prevent abuse.

We reserve the right to restrict, remove, or moderate content processed by TreeBot when necessary.

6. Third-Party Services & Integrations

TreeBot operates within Discord and may integrate with third-party services.

  • We do not control Discord’s services and are not responsible for their reliability, privacy, or security
  • External links or commands may direct users to third-party sites subject to their own terms and policies
  • Third-party integrations may maintain independent data practices

7. Prohibited Uses

TreeBot must not be used for:

  • Illegal activities, including fraud or data scraping
  • Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threats
  • Spam, unauthorized advertising, or self-promotion
  • Abuse of automation to manipulate server behavior
  • Attempts to disrupt TreeBot’s security or operation

Violations may result in bans, restrictions, or legal action where applicable.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

TreeBot is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all servers or configurations

Dynahawk LLC, its developers, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Message failures
  • Unintended actions
  • User behavior or moderation outcomes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages arising from use or inability to use TreeBot.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to TreeBot at any time for:

  • Violations of these Terms
  • Violations of Discord policies
  • Abuse, spam, or harassment
  • Requests from Discord, server administrators, or legal authorities
  • Technical, legal, or security concerns

Users may discontinue use of TreeBot at any time by leaving the Discord server.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updates will be posted, and continued use of TreeBot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Significant changes may be announced within the EntExchange Discord server.
