Membership Terms

EntExchange memberships provide access to community features and platform tools designed to support peer-to-peer exchange and participation.

These Membership Terms apply to all paid and free membership tiers and are incorporated by reference into the EntExchange Terms of Service.

Membership Eligibility

Memberships are available only to individuals who:

  • Are 21 years of age or older
  • Agree to the EntExchange Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all applicable policies

EntExchange reserves the right to deny or revoke membership for violations of platform rules or applicable laws.

Membership Benefits

Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to:

  • Access to member-only areas or features
  • Permission to post listings or requests
  • Community roles or recognition
  • Access to platform tools or integrations

Specific benefits vary by membership tier and may change over time.

No Guarantees

Memberships do not guarantee:

  • Sales, trades, or successful transactions
  • Visibility, engagement, or responses
  • Continued access to specific features or tools

EntExchange does not guarantee platform uptime, availability, or uninterrupted service.

Membership Fees & Billing

  • Membership fees are charged in advance
  • Fees may be recurring or one-time depending on the tier
  • Prices and billing terms may change with notice

By purchasing a membership, you authorize EntExchange to charge applicable fees according to the selected plan.

Refunds & Cancellations

Membership refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, including:

  • A 7-day, no-questions-asked refund window
  • Refunds available only if the membership has not been used
  • Usage determined by platform activity logs

Memberships may be canceled at any time to prevent future renewals.

Acceptable Use

Members must comply with:

  • Community Guidelines / Code of Conduct
  • Posting and marketplace rules
  • All applicable laws and regulations

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent revocation of membership without refund.

Suspension & Termination

EntExchange reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if:

  • Platform rules are violated
  • Abuse or fraud is detected
  • Required eligibility criteria are no longer met

Termination may include loss of access to member-only features and roles.

Changes to Memberships

EntExchange may modify:

  • Membership tiers
  • Pricing
  • Benefits
  • Feature availability

Changes will not retroactively affect completed billing periods unless required by law.

In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service control.

Changes to These Terms

These Membership Terms may be updated from time to time.

Continued use of a membership after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
