Refund & Cancellation Policy

EntExchange is a community-supported platform. We aim to be fair, transparent, and reasonable with refunds while also protecting the integrity of the service.

This policy explains when refunds are available and how they work.

Membership Refunds

We offer no-questions-asked refunds on memberships within seven (7) days of purchase, provided that the membership has not been used.

If your request meets the eligibility criteria below, we will issue a refund without requiring an explanation.

Refund Eligibility

A membership refund is eligible if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • The membership has not been used
  • No member-only actions or privileges have been exercised

What Counts as “Using” a Membership

A membership is considered used if any gated features or benefits have been accessed, including but not limited to:

  • Creating or publishing posts or listings
  • Attempting to sell or trade items
  • Accessing member-only channels, tools, or features
  • Any activity logged by EntExchange’s platform systems

Usage is determined by automated activity logs and platform records.

If a membership has been used, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at:

Please include:

  • The email address used for purchase
  • The date of purchase

We do not require a reason for eligible refund requests.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear after approval

Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time.

Canceling a membership:

  • Prevents future renewals
  • Does not automatically trigger a refund
  • Does not retroactively remove prior usage

Refund eligibility is governed solely by the terms above.

Abuse & Misuse

Repeated refund requests, attempts to circumvent usage restrictions, or other forms of abuse may result in:

  • Denial of future refunds
  • Suspension or termination of the associated account

Marketplace Transactions

Membership refunds apply only to EntExchange membership fees.

EntExchange does not issue refunds for peer-to-peer marketplace transactions between users.
Disputes regarding items, shipping, or payment between users must be resolved directly between the buyer and seller.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time.
Changes will take effect when posted on this page.

Continued use of EntExchange after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
