This Privacy Policy explains how TreeBot (the “Bot”) collects, uses, and protects information when you interact with it on Discord. TreeBot is developed and operated by Dynahawk LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and is primarily used within the EntExchange Discord server.

By using TreeBot, you agree to the data practices described in this policy.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Bot.

1. Information We Collect

TreeBot collects limited information necessary to operate its features and maintain platform integrity.

A. Data Collected Automatically

When you interact with TreeBot, we may collect:

If TreeBot is removed from a server, data associated with that server may be deleted.

As a TreeBot user, you have the right to:
