DMCA / Copyright Policy

EntExchange respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the platform to do the same.
This policy outlines the process for submitting copyright infringement claims and counter-notifications in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
1. Platform Role
EntExchange operates as a platform for user-generated content, including listings, images, descriptions, and other materials submitted by users.
EntExchange does not proactively monitor or review all user content for copyright infringement but will respond to valid notices as required by law.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on EntExchange infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent.
Your notice must include all of the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing content, including sufficient information to locate it (such as a URL or description)
- Your name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
Incomplete or invalid notices may not be processed.

4. Response to Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, EntExchange may:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the user who posted the content
- Take additional action as required to comply with applicable law
Removal of content does not constitute a determination of infringement.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content was removed in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notification.
A counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed content and its previous location
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., to a U.S. jurisdiction)
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, EntExchange may restore the content unless the original complainant files legal action within the time required by law.
6. Repeat Infringement
EntExchange reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
7. Misrepresentation & Abuse
Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notifications may result in legal liability.
EntExchange reserves the right to reject notices that appear abusive, incomplete, or made in bad faith.
8. Changes to This Policy
This DMCA / Copyright Policy may be updated from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of EntExchange after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
